UK
The Gambling Commission is the UK gambling regulator. Under the terms of the Gambling Act 2005, the Commission has issued Betfair with the licences necessary to offer betting services from the UK.

Malta
The Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LGA) is the Maltese gaming regulator. The LGA has granted several licences to Betfair entities to offer a range of betting and gaming products from Malta in accordance with the Maltese Remote Gaming Regulations 2004.

The Tasmanian Gaming Commission (TGC) is the Tasmanian gaming regulator which has granted a licence to Betfair Pty to offer Australian betting markets in a regulated environment. Betfair Pty Ltd was licensed in 2006, in accordance with the Tasmanian Gaming Control Act 1993.
